Mr Savvas Hadjixenophontos is a Cypriot inventor, and director of Fornelia LTD, who creates ovens that operate solely with the sun. Just 5 minutes are needed to preheat the oven to 200 Celcius and cooks both meat and vegetables. Mr Savvas believes in renewable energy and he is trying to develop technologies that take advantage of the free and green energy that is available around us. And as he states: "Pollution is not an illusion"
